Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring a Child Care Attendant (CCA) to provide safe, engaging care for children while parents work out. You’ll help create a welcoming KidCare space, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure safety and cleanliness during shifts.

Must be at least 18 years old, with a friendly, reliable presence and good communication. Enjoy gym perks and a supportive team at VASA Fitness.

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, or youth programs.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean KidCare space.

Responsibilities

The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness

Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
