Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Child Care Attendant to care for children in our KidCare program at the Centennial Willow Creek location. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment for families while parents work out.

You will engage children with age-appropriate activities, uphold safety checks, and maintain a clean, welcoming space in a fast-paced gym setting. Commitment to family-friendly service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments.
• Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space.
• Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, fun, and attentive care for children while parents focus on fitness.
• Deliver consistent safety, check-in/check-out to ensure child safety, and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming KidCare space and follow safety protocols.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.16 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
