Job summary

Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC in Arlington, TX seeks a Child Care Associate to greet and care for children, ensure safety, and support members. You will manage registrations, supervise activities, and maintain a friendly atmosphere for families.

The role requires CPR certification, prior childcare experience, and good communication. This position offers medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, life insurance, disability coverage, and gym membership benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR certification for child/infant as per local regulations.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Register and check-out of children and parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety.
• Provide consistent interaction with children.
• Initiate games, arts & crafts, and activities with children.
• Bottle-feed babies or assist with eating needs as directed.
• Keep children calm and content.
• Clean and sanitize all toys and area.
• Keep area free of sharp or harmful objects.
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians.
• Suggest toys and educational tools.

What We Require In Our Child Care Associate

• Maintain valid Child/Infant CPR
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

• Must be able to work morning hours
