Job summary

BrightPath Kids in North Ridgeville, OH is seeking a dedicated full-time childcare team member to support classrooms for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, ensuring safety, supervision, and engaging daily activities.

No classroom experience? Paid training is provided. You will assist teachers, keep spaces warm and organized, and communicate with parents. We offer a childcare discount, a 401(k) match, benefits, PTO and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
