Position Overview: We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role involves working closely with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with families to support children's development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily classroom activities and ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Use electronic tracking tools to document milestones and communicate with families
  • Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with children (child care, daycare, preschool preferred)
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
  • Ability to stand for 6-8 hours, lift at least 30 pounds, and visually supervise children at all times
