BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Farmington, CT is seeking a Teacher Assistant to join our BrightPath Kids team. No evenings or weekends; the role supports teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

You will assist with instruction, help decorate classrooms, maintain a safe, warm environment, and communicate with parents. Training is provided, and we offer paid time off, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
