Location:

Position:

Full-time position working with toddlers.

Responsibilities:

1. Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests.
2. Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones.
3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment following essential procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Preferred: CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field.
• Required: Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations and screenings. The employee will work in person at our early education center, ensuring children's safety and well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate ranges from $12.90 to $16.00, depending on experience, education, and other factors. The position also offers a $500 hiring incentive.
