Role Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for children to learn, play, and grow.
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and foster a love of learning.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, tailored to each child's needs.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, seamless learning environment.

Qualifications:
  • At least 12 months of professional teaching experience preferred.

  • High School Diploma/GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
