Your day as a Child Care Assistant Group Supervisor

You will manage classroom operations, plan and implement activities, and ensure a structured environment. Supervising aides and fostering teamwork are key parts of your role.

Requirements for this position

• High school diploma or GED
• 30 credit hours in early childhood education, 600 hours of secondary training, 15 credit hours with 1 year of experience, or 2 years of experience with children
• Ability to obtain necessary background clearances (criminal, child abuse, FBI, sex offender registry)
