La Petite Academy in Wisconsin is seeking a proactive Assistant Director to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the school with the School Director. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while ensuring licensing compliance and a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualified candidates have 21+ years old, leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting, and Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher (Level 6 near completion may be considered).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent; meet state requirements.
• Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher (Level 6 near completion may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support the team.
