Little Sprouts LLC in Dedham, MA is seeking a dedicated School Director to guide financial, operational, educational, and cultural success. You will lead a team under an experienced School Director, focusing on a thriving learning environment for children and staff.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in early childhood education or classroom management, a Director Certification, and a commitment to play-based learning and social-emotional growth.

Through strong communication skills—both written and verbal—you will inspire teamwork, leadership, and transparency across the school and within our broader network.

Salary Range: $59,000 to $63,000 per year for EEC Director Qualified Candidates w/ experience.

This position qualifies for an annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Our Hiring Process

This location operates year-round, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 5:30PM

The compensation range represents Little Sprouts intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors.
