Child Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Remote - California

About the role: As a Child Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will deliver parent-mediated therapy via telehealth to manage a caseload of families. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy planning, progress reporting, data collection, and collaboration with families using our proprietary tools. Support from our team will handle billing and administrative tasks. The role is based in California, with flexible full-time or part-time hours.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA licensure
  • Experience delivering telehealth therapy (child and/or dyadic with parent)
  • Knowledge of naturalistic, parent-mediated models
  • Proven success in previous roles
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and strong leadership skills
