Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist in Westmont, IL. A Bachelor's degree is required and training is provided with paid RBT certification. You will work full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays. No nights, supportive team, and rapid application response.

You will deliver one-on-one play-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years, following individualized plans and collecting simple data. Growth opportunities exist within ABC clinics.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage actively with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy and follow personalized treatment plans.
• You will help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• You’ll stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• You’ll collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
