Action Behavior Centers in Chicago's West Loop is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, using play-based ABA therapy and follow individualized treatment plans.

This full-time role offers paid training, RBT certification covered, predictable hours Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team; prior childcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and verified during hiring.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy.
