Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Childcare or health sciences background considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth and success.
• Engage actively during therapy sessions.
