Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist in Leander, TX. The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm and optional Saturdays. Training is provided and RBT certification is paid for.

A Bachelor’s degree is required to apply. Starting pay varies by education, with opportunities for raises after certification. ABC offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment to help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and document progress during sessions.
