Job summary

The Child Anxiety Center at Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle seeks a full-time Staff Psychologist to deliver evidence-based care for children and adolescents. You will lead ERP and CBT interventions, with a strong emphasis on exposure-based treatment and family involvement, within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

PsyD or PhD credential required.
Licensed in Washington State or eligible to begin licensure immediately.
Deep expertise in ERP is essential.
Expertise in CBT, behavioral parent training, CBIT, SPACE, and related modalities.
Commitment to evidence-based, inclusive, culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities

Provide at least 20 clinical contact hours weekly with children, adolescents, and caregivers.
Deliver ERP, CBT, Behavioral Parent Training, SPACE, CBIT, and related treatments.
Collaborate with psychologists and other specialists in weekly team meetings.
