Your Role:
As a Pennsylvania-licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC), you'll provide evidence-based therapy to kids and families, collaborate on clinical programs, and help us shape the future of pediatric mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy to children and families
• Conduct intakes and track progress
• Share clinical insights to improve programs and digital content
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
• Use the Manatee platform to develop and monitor treatment plans and client progress.
• Collaborate with clinical team to continuously improve our programs and services.

What You Bring:

• Licensed in PA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience with child/family therapy
• You are highly organized and self-starter
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for reimagining mental health care.
• Competitive pay: $60-$75/hour.

Schedule:

• Availability after 3:30pm (ET) is required
• For 1099/contractors: minimum of 8hrs/week after 3:30pm available to provide therapyto kids and families

Are you fully licensed to provide mental health services in one of these states: Colorado, California, Florida, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Idaho, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania?*

Do you have at least 2 years of experience providing therapy to kids and families?*

Are you available to provide at least 8-12 hours of therapy a week to kids and families after school (3-8pm)?*
