Lilac Therapy Center LLC is a small, boutique-style private practice located in North Wales, PA. We are looking for a full-time or part-time Child and Family Therapist to join our team this summer.

Role Description

This is a full-time (part-time considered) on-site role for a Child and Family Therapist. The Child and Family Therapist will be responsible for supporting children and their families in an outpatient therapy setting, while working with many common presenting concerns, such as anxiety, school and behavioral challenges, social struggles, and family relationships. The Child and Family Therapist will incorporate family systems work as appropriate and will be responsible for maintaining clinical documentation and billing. The Child and Family Therapist will also participate in bi-weekly individual and group supervision meetings with Lilac Therapy Center staff. While not required, there is also opportunity for therapeutic groups and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Licensed or License-Eligible (e.g., Psy.D., LCSW, LPC, LMFT); however, licensure or certification in relevant therapy practices is preferred
• At least 3 years experience in clinical settings supporting children and families
• Experience working with children as young as 5 years of age
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate both within the practice and with external providers/schools
