Department: Client Services Program
Reports to: Manager of Advocacy Counseling Services
Pay Rate: $49,000-52,000 per year ($23.56-25.00 per hour)
Child and Adult Counselor serves all clients (adult and child) who are impacted directly or indirectly by domestic and sexual violence. Conducts comprehensive evaluations and establishes plans to facilitate healing and recovery for clients served. Provides family, individual, and group therapy and monitors counseling outcomes 50% of the time for victims of Sexual Assault and 50% of the time for victims of Domestic Violence.
Sunday – Off, Monday/Tuesday – 10:30 am – 7:30 pm, Wednesday – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Thursday – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday – 8:30 am/3:00 pm, Saturday – Off. Forty hours weekly or as necessary to achieve program objectives.
