This is a fully remote position. Qualified candidates can live and work anywhere in the United States as long as you have an active Pennsylvania or Virginia LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in these states.

About the Role
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents
  • Meet regularly with patients, adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Conduct biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments
  • Build trusting relationships with patients
  • Collaborate with other providers for integrated treatment
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain records
  • Involve family and outside specialists when appropriate
About You

You are a good fit if you:

  • Are passionate about redefining behavioral health for children
  • Have experience with evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, play therapy, or PMT
  • Have provided 1:1 telehealth care
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Are open to feedback and collaboration
  • Value teamwork and initiative
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with children and families
  • Availability between 4pm-8pm EST on weekdays and any hours on weekends
  • Minimum of 5 patient-facing hours weekly
  • Active Pennsylvania or Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
