Position Summary

Blackbird Clinical Services seeks an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Contract to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves delivering high-quality direct care to patients and families, working with children, adolescents, and adults. The role supports afterschool, evening, and weekend virtual therapy sessions.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Experienced clinician using evidence-based practices
• Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Skilled in virtual telehealth care
• Comfortable with technology including Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
• Driven by patient outcomes and making an impact
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Flexible and willing to reschedule if needed

Responsibilities:

• Lead telehealth therapy sessions for youth aged 2-26
• Participate in clinical consultations for skill enhancement and feedback
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
• Maintain thorough patient records
• Commit to at least 5 hours per week, after 4pm on weekdays and 8am-7pm on weekends

Requirements:

• Licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD in Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents
• At least 1 year of telehealth experience
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Commit to 5 hours weekly during core hours and 1 day at our Langhorne, PA clinic
