Role Description

This is a 1099 contract based hybrid role for a Child and Adolescent Therapist at Element Psychiatry, located in Iselin, NJ, with some work from home being acceptable. The Child and Adolescent Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents. They will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy. The therapist will collaborate with other professionals, maintain case notes and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Play Therapy and Working With Children
• Skills in Social Work and Case Management
• Knowledge and practice in Mental Health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
• Licensure in relevant field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
