Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required or pursuing licensure.
• Active clinical license or on path to licensure with supervision opportunities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Comfort working with diverse populations; culturally sensitive approach.
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.
• Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations.
• Contribute to a supportive, fun, and inclusive culture.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT)
• Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
