Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) seeks a Child & Adolescent Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services for children and families in Washington. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include crisis planning, accurate documentation and billing, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Licensure or provisional license per state regulation.
• Strong communication skills.
