Job summary

Plutonic is seeking a fully licensed Georgia therapist to provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults through our virtual platform and select in-person services in Metro Atlanta. You will build a caseload with at least 10 completed sessions per week, with after-school and evening availability preferred.

The role includes referrals, administrative support, and access to technology that enhances care alongside clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license permitting independent clinical practice
• Relevant master’s or doctoral degree and current Georgia residency
• Experience providing psychotherapy to children or adolescents, including independent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Availability to build and maintain at least 10 completed sessions per week, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and private teletherapy setting

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate, evidence based individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Conduct clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Involve parents and caregivers and coordinate care with schools and other providers when clinically appropriate and properly authorized
• Monitor client safety, progress, engagement, and treatment outcomes
• Complete timely, accurate assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes supporting medical necessity and insurance billing
• Conduct sessions using Plutonic’s virtual therapy platform and communicate promptly with our clinical and administrative teams
• Follow applicable privacy requirements, professional ethical standards, and Georgia licensing regulations

Plutonic is seeking a fully licensed Georgia therapist who wants to help children, adolescents, and young adults connect with therapy in meaningful ways.

Building a private practice takes more than providing therapy. Finding clients, managing scheduling, handling insurance claims, and maintaining technology require time and money. At Plutonic, we provide referrals, administrative and billing support, and an established clinical infrastructure so you can spend more time focused on care.

About Plutonic

Plutonic provides therapy through our proprietary interactive virtual therapy platform, traditional telehealth, and select in person services in Metro Atlanta.

Our virtual environments and clinical tools give therapists additional ways to engage young clients, including those familiar with gaming and digital spaces. You bring your clinical judgment and therapeutic approach, supported by tools designed to make sessions more engaging than a standard video call.

About the Role

You will provide individual therapy for concerns including anxiety, ADHD, externalizing disorders, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and school and family challenges.

Sessions primarily take place through Plutonic’s virtual therapy platform. Traditional video sessions and select in person services are also available.

This role requires a commitment to build and maintain a caseload supporting at least 10 completed sessions per week following an agreed initial ramp up period. Candidates must offer sufficient recurring appointment availability to support this commitment. After school and evening availability is strongly preferred.

We coordinate scheduling around your availability and client needs, with an emphasis on consistent appointments and ongoing therapeutic relationships.

• Training in CBT, parent focused interventions, or other evidence based approaches for children and adolescents
• Interest in interactive technology and measurement based care

Compensation and Employment Options

• $65 to $80 per completed therapy session, based on experience and qualifications
• Opportunity to join as a W-2 employee with access to benefits based on eligibility, or as a 1099 independent contractor
