Compensation is a gross revenue split with a typical base salary around $280,000 per year, plus benefits such as health and dental insurance, a 401k, CME stipend, and board exam support.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid California Medical License (MD or DO).
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (scheduled to take exam).
• Completion or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training.

Responsibilities

• Join our team in Encino or Pasadena on a full-time basis.
• Provide hybrid in-person and telehealth psychiatry services.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities approximately one month per year.

Job description

We are a full-service outpatient psychiatric practice offering psychotherapy, medication management and TMS services in Encino, CA and Pasadena, CA. Our practice provides care for patients across the lifespan with physicians trained in both child and adolescent psychiatry as well as adult psychiatry.

We are looking for an additional full-time Child and Adolescent psychiatrist to join our team in either our Encino or Pasadena office. We offer full administrative support and additional employee benefits below.

• Committed to patient-centered care with a strong foundation in psychotherapy and medication management
• Motivated to continue learning (e.g., self-directed or supervised by one of our senior physicians)
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Possession of a valid State of California Medical License with a M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (Scheduled to take exam) in Psychiatry
• Work Schedule:
• Flexible hybrid approach with an in-person and telehealth appointment schedule
• Full-time
• On-call responsibilities are approximately one month per year.
• Compensation is based on a gross revenue split. Typical Base Salary is approximately $280,000/yrwith opportunities to earn more.
