Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in Washington. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to treat children and adolescents, conduct psychiatric assessments, therapy, and ongoing medication management.

We value clinical leadership and provide access to interventional treatments such as TMS and Esketamine, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

About The Psychiatrist Role

• No required call
• Opportunity to treat children and adolescents
• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)

About The Practice

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office based outpatient.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.

Lightheart Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
