Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist

Location: Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, United States

Position Type: Fee for Service

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd - with weekends

Work Schedule: Fee for Service scheduling

Requirements

• Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology is required
• 1-year clinical internship is required
• Willingness and ability to work with children/adolescents is required
• Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults, children, and adolescents, including daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends, to work with the children population, billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly

Description

We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist in Philadelphia, PA 19119. This role is Fee for Service.

Earn $35/hour per session for non-licensed and $38/hour for licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic behavioral health program for Merakey. Responsibilities include delivering therapy services and coordinating care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist engages clients actively, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals with mild to severe mental illness.
