An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Child and Adolescent In-Home Therapist to provide essential mental health services in community settings. This role involves working collaboratively with families and a bachelor-level case manager to deliver therapy and support to children and adolescents facing various challenges. Job description

Description: Child and Adolescent In-Home Therapist

Salary: $41,900+ depending on experience and licensure

Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health-related field required.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of community mental health. Field/Crisis work with children and adolescents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide mental health counseling services to children and adolescents and their families in their home or community setting as a member of a two-person team paired with a bachelor level case manager.
  2. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
  3. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  4. Work closely with the family unit and community programs for the welfare of the child/adolescent.
  5. Work to keep individuals stabilized in community settings and assist in securing psychiatric hospital placement as needed.
  6. Provide crisis after-hours on-call services on the agency rotation schedule.
