Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a full-time Child and Adolescent Case Manager to join our community-based behavioral health team in Carlisle, PA.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Earn $18.57/hour or $20.57/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay, plus mileage reimbursement
Position Details
The Child and Adolescent Case Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health of young individuals in Cumberland and Perry Counties. They coordinate services, support families, and tailor care to each child’s unique situation. Their work focuses on harnessing individual strengths, connecting with community resources, and promoting stability. While operating independently, they are backed by a dedicated team, all within a dynamic community program. The resource coordinator actively engages with consumers and their families in the home or in a community setting.
