Job summary

Twin Cedars Youth and Family Services seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee the Children’s Tree House program, including forensic, mental health, and medical aspects, with responsibility for budgets, grants, and accreditation compliance.

The role requires a Master's preferred, 3 years of supervisory experience in human services, strong collaboration, and a willingness to work non-traditional hours; reports to the Director of Advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services required; Master's preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience in human services.
• Grant writing and program reporting experience.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and funding for CACs.
• Prior case management/child welfare experience a plus.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours.
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic oversight for Childrens Tree House (forensic, mental health, medical).
• Staff supervision, training, incident reporting, and scheduling.
• Stakeholder collaboration and education.
• Conduct forensic interviews within circuit.
• Provide/oversee expert testimony.
• Manage budgets and grants.
• Maintain national/state accreditation standards (CACGA, NCA, COA).
• Serve as CACGA representative.
• Coordinate Child Abuse Protocol for the circuit.
• Oversee facility operations and safety.
• Conduct community prevention/education.
• Supervise master1-level interns.
