Job summary

Blackbird Health is a pediatric mental health provider delivering virtual and in-person therapy to children and families in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. We seek clinicians to join our Gaithersburg, MD team, offering flexible tracks (1099, part-time, full-time) and a culture that supports growth, credentialing, and a guaranteed caseload.

Qualifications

• Licensed Maryland clinician (LCSWC, LCPC, LCMFT or LMSW)
• At least 1 year of experience with children and adolescents
• At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience
• Available after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and caregivers (virtual and in-person)
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and educate them on evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support ongoing engagement and progress
