Blackbird Health is looking for a Therapist to deliver quality therapy to children and families in Vienna, VA. This role involves building strong relationships with young patients and providing both virtual and in-person therapy. Candidates should have a passion for family-centered care and at least a year's experience working in therapy.

This position offers unique opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work with a supportive, mission-driven team dedicated to improving pediatric mental health care.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children and adolescents.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Support engagement in treatment and educate families on therapeutic approaches.

Conhecimentos

Experience with children and adolescent patients

Telehealth or virtual setting experience

Active Virginia license LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW

Passion for family-centered care
