Clinicians will conduct outpatient therapy and have access to a strong referral base and administrative support, allowing a focus on patient care. We support ongoing professional development and offer competitive compensation up to $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Virginia licensure in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Experience in psychotherapy with adolescents and children.
• Strong ability to document clinical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient psychotherapy with children and adolescents.
• Provide caregiver and parenting support.
• Collaborate with families and referral sources.
• Participate in peer consultation.
