Restoration Counseling Center of Charlotte – South Park is expanding, and we're looking for a fully licensed, systemic-thinking, client-centered therapist to join our growing team. Primary Job Duties:

Provide individual, couple, and family counseling

Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders

Conduct clinical interviews and assessments

Create collaborative treatment plans tailored to client needs

Evaluate when additional assessments or services may be warranted

Set goals with clients and help track therapeutic progress
