Job summary

KidsPeace is seeking a Therapist Partial to provide clinical leadership and psychotherapy within our behavioral health programs for children and families in our Bethlehem location. Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, clinical consultation, and involvement in program marketing and quality assurance.

The role also involves training direct care staff, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting continuity of care across KidsPeace departments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field; Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Human Services.
• Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
• Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy on-site or in activities aligned with Treatment Plan.
• Take a lead role in the Interdisciplinary Team process to coordinate care.
• Facilitate family assessments within the program/department for observation and direction.
• Provide training, support and/or consultation to staff within the program.
• Pursue positive client attendance/census in line with projections.
• Maintain documentation and ensure program services meet regulatory standards.
