Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in a mental health field and be able to pursue licensure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Strong time management and ability to manage documentation and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis and safety plans and relapse prevention plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff.
