Job summary

Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide therapy to children, youth, and families across multiple settings in Stark County, Ohio. The role includes after-school/evening hours with potential Saturdays and a sign-on bonus for new therapists.

The successful candidate will be licensed in Ohio and hold at least a bachelor's in Social Work or a master's in Counseling/Social Work, with experience in trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

• Experience with trauma-informed approaches and related modalities is valuable.
• Ability to engage diverse populations and families in care.
• Ability to collaborate with other professionals in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and modalities used with children/youth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Individual and Family Therapy.
• Possibly conduct Diagnostic/Comprehensive Assessments and Mental Health Consultation.
• Deliver services in school-based, office-based, and community settings including client homes.
• Work flexible hours including after school/evenings and some Saturdays.
