Qualifications

• Active license in the State of Ohio to provide therapy.
• Degree requirement aligned with the license (BSW or MS/Counseling).
• Ability to meet documentation, confidentiality, ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Complete assessments when qualified and assigned.
• Develop treatment plans and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, schools and community partners.
• Use evidence-based approaches matched to each client.
• Maintain reliable availability and an agreed-upon caseload.
