Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of recent, continuous experience as a psychotherapist.
• Per the National Agreement, current KP Coalition employees have this experience requirement waived.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience providing care to children and/or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Assess crisis needs, determine intervention level, and coordinate referrals and care.
• Develop realistic, measurable treatment goals and document contacts per standards.
• Maintain caseload to meet access and productivity standards in the clinic.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and maintain professional relationships.
• Utilize KFHPW on-line clinical and administrative systems.
• Coordinate with families to involve them in treatment planning and interventions.
• Know confidentiality requirements for adolescent patients.
