Array Behavioral Care is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible child and adolescent psychiatrist licensed in Missouri for a 100% remote telepsychiatry role serving patients aged 5–18 from a Community Mental Health Clinic network.

The position is 34 hours per week, offering confidentiality requirements and private office space, with support to obtain additional state licensure and DEA credentials as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum psychiatric services for ages 5–18, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Evaluate patient data and tests to determine nature and extent of disorders.
• Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment plans and progress.
• Order or examine lab tests to monitor patient health.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have an opportunity for a board certified/board eligible child and adolescent psychiatrist with an active Missouri license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is 34 hours/week and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a Community Mental Health Clinic. Patient population is ages 5-18. Community Mental Health experience required, including an understanding of this population.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment

Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder

Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders

Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress

Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders

Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Clinicians must have active state license

1-3 years of experience since obtaining license

Intermediate to advanced experience with technology

Strong communication skills

Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

POSITION LOGISTICS

100% remote position

Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality

You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
