Job summary
Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join the Psychiatry & Behavioral Health team on the Northside of Pittsburgh. You will work with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and care coordinators to improve the lives of children and families in a collaborative environment.
The role includes outpatient services, teaching opportunities, supervision of interns and fellows, and participation in ongoing CE trainings.
Qualifications
- PhD/doctorate in psychology required for clinical practice.
- desirable APA-accredited internship and post-doctoral supervision experience.
- Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility must be documented before practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy for child and adolescent populations.
- Offer group and/or family therapy as appropriate.
- Collaborate with psychologists and prescribers during biweekly team meetings.
- Teaching and training roles, including supervision for interns and postdoctoral fellows.
- Participate in ongoing CE trainings such as Psychiatry Grand Rounds.
