Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc.’s Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health unit seeks a full-time Psychologist in Canton, OH to support children and families with evidence-based mental health services.

You will supervise and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliant documentation, and contribute to program development at Stark County locations.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology; licensed or eligible in Ohio.
• Supervisory experience of therapists or other staff preferred.
• Ability to meet documentation, confidentiality, ethical and regulatory standards.
• Experience or training in trauma-informed care is required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as part of Psychology Doctoral Intern Program faculty.
• Provide supervision for non-licensed psychology personnel.
• Ensure clinical records for self and supervisees are accurate and complete; timely submissions.
• Complete performance evaluations following agency protocols.
• Promote evidence-based practices and EBPs among staff.
• Participate on Clinical Supervisors' Team, Leadership Council and other panels.
• Conduct and provide billable services (assessments, individual/family/group therapy) to meet productivity goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
