Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist for per-diem work at Willow Rock, a 16-bed psychiatric facility in Alameda County, serving adolescents 12-17. You will provide direct medical treatment within your psychiatry license and engage in program leadership with staff and clients.

The role offers an independent contractor wage with hourly compensation and no company benefits; malpractice insurance must be provided by you.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an AMA/AOA-accredited medical school and successful completion of residency training in psychiatry.
• Active DEA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct medical treatment to Telecare members within the scope of your Psychiatry licensure.
• Participate in program leadership by collaborating with program staff and members served.
• Ensure superior quality medical practices that meet licensure requirements, payer standards, and client/community needs.

Education

Residency in psychiatry completed
