Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks a board-certified/eligible psychiatrist to provide part-time outpatient psychiatric services in a K-12 Partial Hospitalization Program in Pennsylvania. The clinician will work 24 hours per week on a hybrid schedule, conducting initial evaluations and medication management follow-ups with a team of master’s level clinicians.

Prescriptive authority is required; no call coverage is needed.

Qualifications

• MD licensed physician with board eligibility or certification in psychiatry.
• Prescriptive authority required for psychotropic medications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (1 hour).
• Perform medication management follow-up appointments (15-30 minutes).
• Monitor patient safety and coordi­nate with the treatment team.
