Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our well-established outpatient practice at Crittenton Children's Center. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to children and their families.

About the Position

• Join a collaborative team of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, social workers, and professional counselors offering comprehensive services, including foster care case management, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychological testing, psychotherapy, and evidence-based care plans

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, in an office-based setting where the physician will be expected to see between 13-15 patients per day

• Outpatient-only position with limited inpatient call responsibilities - evening call (phone call) is shared on a 1:8 rotation, with weekend rounding also at a 1:8 frequency

• Serve a high-acuity population, working with children in the foster system and those with complex trauma histories, extensive medication regimens, and multiple behavioral health & social challenges

• Strong referral base from Saint Luke's internal clinics, local therapists, foster care programs, and recent discharges from Crittenton's inpatient hospital
