Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Inpatient)

The Department of Psychiatry at The MetroHealth System is a major teaching hospital of Case Western Reserve University. It is the largest medical research institution in Ohio and ranked nationally among the top 1% hospitals. Under the leadership of newly appointed Chairman, Dr. Rajendra Badgaiyan, the department plans to expand its clinical and academic footprint in a newly built 112-bed behavioral health hospital in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The facility includes adult acute psychiatry units, an adolescent unit, psychiatric intensive care unit, and intensive outpatient treatment programs.

We are inviting applications from board-certified (or board eligible) Inpatient Child and Adolescent psychiatrists to run the adolescent inpatient unit. The role involves providing clinical care for child and adolescent patients, teaching residents, medical students, and other learners, with opportunities for academic and career development.
