Job summary
Contra Costa County Behavioral Health Services seeks a board-eligible/certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve in one of our regional behavioral health clinics – San Pablo, Concord, and Antioch. The position is part-time to full-time. Annually Salary: $283,482.72 - $322,139.40.

Qualifications
- Board Certification or completion of an accredited psychiatric residency program.
- License to practice medicine in the State of California.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments (120 minutes) and follow-up visits (60 minutes).
- Make diagnoses and develop comprehensive case histories.
- Create treatment plans and prescribe medications.
- Coordinate with consulting medical specialists.
- Act as physician member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Conferring with relatives and loved ones of patients.
- Maintain electronic records per BHS and regulatory standards.
