Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Worcester, MA. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and transition-age youth, provide diagnosis and treatment, and manage medications in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist.
• Medical degree required.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• 3–5 years of related clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide treatment for children, adolescents, and transition-age youth.
• Manage medications, monitor effectiveness and side effects, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, care coordinators, and primary care providers.
• Support urgent and integrated behavioral health services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
